- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver products across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@nobleinfosystems.com before placing an order.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may apply based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS which you can use to track your shipment status.
Delays & Exceptional Cases
- While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues with our delivery partners.
- In such cases, our customer support team will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package at your address. In case the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. A re-delivery may be initiated upon request and may incur additional charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will initiate a replacement or refund process as per our Refund/Cancellation Policy.
